These terms cover your use of thefirmtech.one (the "Site"), run by Isabelle Sanchez, doing business as The Firm Tech ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site describes our company and services. It does not form a contract for any service. Any project or engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement.

Inquiries

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or a duty of confidentiality. Please do not share confidential or sensitive business information through the contact form. We may use general ideas or suggestions you send us without any obligation to you. Your personal information is still handled as our Privacy Policy describes.

We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions. It binds us only once both sides have signed it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site or contact form to send spam, unlawful content, or malicious code, or to do anything prohibited by the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175);
try to break into, overload, or disrupt the Site or the systems behind it;
collect content from the Site with automated tools in a way that harms its operation;
pretend to be someone else when contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the "The Firm Tech" name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, change, or reuse its content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Names and logos of third-party technologies shown on the Site belong to their owners.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and as available, and we do not promise it will be error-free or always online. Information on the Site is general and is not professional advice for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to PHP 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, bad faith, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any action relating to these terms or the Site shall be filed only in the proper courts of Taguig City, to the exclusion of all other venues.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
